Devon Donaghy – Senior Project Manager & Partner

About

Devon Donaghy has been with Dekor Glass (1996) LTD since day one of his glazing career in 2009, growing alongside the company and helping shape its continued success.

Starting as an apprentice, Devon worked his way up to become a Red Seal journeyman, then site foreman, and later transitioned into project management and estimating. In 2018, his dedication, leadership, and technical knowledge earned him a place as one of the four owners of Dekor Glass.

Now serving as Senior Project Manager, Devon leads with a forward-thinking mindset. His favorite part of the job is planning and laying out projects in a way that eliminates potential roadblocks before they arise—ensuring every job runs smoothly from the ground up. He believes that a project’s success comes not just from hard work on-site, but from sharp planning and strong leadership behind the scenes.

“I take pride in identifying and solving problems before they exist. When we can deliver a seamless project experience for our clients, everyone wins,” says Devon.

Devon is deeply performance-driven—not just for his own projects, but for the overall success of the Dekor Glass team and the project managers he mentors.

Based in Chilliwack with his wife and two young children, Devon enjoys the balance of a busy professional life with the peaceful access to nature the Fraser Valley offers. In his downtime, you’ll find him camping, hunting, or exploring the backcountry year-round
