Colby Jenn – Project Manager & Partner

About

Colby Jenn is a Project Manager and one of the four owners of Dekor Glass (1996) LTD. A Red Seal Glazier, Colby began his glazing career in 2015 as an apprentice with Dekor and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since. Over the years, he progressed through the ranks—earning his Red Seal certification, working as a journeyman, then site foreman—before stepping into project management. In 2018, Colby became a 1/4 owner of the company, bringing his hands-on experience and field expertise into leadership.

For Colby, the best part of working at Dekor is the variety. “We always seem to be doing something different,” he says. “That keeps things interesting. The challenge of facing new problems keeps me learning and staying sharp.”

Outside of work, Colby enjoys offroading, rockcrawling, and camping—anything that gets him outdoors and into the dirt.
